Finding out what issues and pain points our clients have and how a certain product may address them is a large part of BubuPartners’ job. To determine who the target consumers are and what their needs are in regard to a particular product, in-depth user research will be conducted.

Then, we will sketch out the user’s path through a product, considering factors like information architecture—that is, how the material is arranged and labelled within a product—and the functionality the user may want. We will eventually produce wireframes, which are the product’s basic building blocks and perform the usability testing.
